DOSE PREPARATION
Recommended Dose: 6 mg/kg¹

Prepare using appropriate aseptic technique¹

• Withdraw the necessary amount of Vectibix for a dose of 6 mg/kg of body weight
  • Do not use a hypodermic needle with a gauge less than 21-gauge to withdraw
  • Do not use needle-free devices (e.g., vial adapters) to withdraw vial contents
• Dilute in 0.9% sodium chloride injection USP:
  • Dilute to a total volume of 100 mL
  • Dilute to a maximum concentration of ≤10 mg/mL
• Do not shake; mix diluted solution by gentle inversion
